Join us for our 2026 Chicken Football Tournament!

If you've never played chicken football before, you can find the full explanation of rules on our wiki. Participants are expected to have read through rules before the tournament begins.

For this event, players will sign up in advance and then be scheduled in a tournament-style bracket. For each round or "phase" of the bracket, players will get 7-10 days to coordinate with their opponent a time to come online and play their match. The length of each phase will vary depending on intial sign ups and players left in the competition. This tournament is expected to last 4-6 weeks, by signing up you are agreeing to come online atleast once a week during that time to play your match or your spot will be forfeited.

Commands

/footballarena - go to our Football Arenas! There are two options, either stadium may be used.

/cball - spawn chicken

/cballkill - kill chicken footballs in a 10 block radius

Gear

Knockback II sticks may be found in chests in either arena. They are intended for football use only, players should limit themselves to one.

For the tournament, players are encouraged to make themselves their own leather armor uniform using unique colors, such as the example below:

Players may also create a banner in their team colors to include in their sign up. Best banner will get a special football head!

Any other armor should not be worn, fly should be turned off, and no sticks but the ones provided may be used.
