Greetings,
I began with one claim, albeit a small one. I made another small one nearby.
I made mistakes with the sizes, so after abandoning them remade them. After I purchased some claimblocks to get the entire area within one claim area, the map is actually showing ALL the previous claims I had made, and even abandoned.
I'm kinda lost! I'm hoping they will go away over time maybe?!?!

What are the coords so we can actually see if they persist or not?

It appears to have vanished. The title of this post is, as I see it, the reason I still saw the smaller claims.
Chalk it up to an impatient blockhead!
