This is allowed. Keep in mind that this mod is heavier on your computer than Distant Horizons mod. DH currently doesn't have a 1.21.4 version but if you're not bothered by 1.21.4 textures not showing properly you could join the server with 1.21 + DH
Distant Horizon mod has allow had problems with intermittent freezes so this could reduce that for those who can afford the additional computing power required.
